Content Ownership

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload and transform any images you submit to our platform. You are solely responsible for all content you upload and the consequences of sharing or publishing it.

Intellectual Property Rights

Our Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and AI models, are the exclusive property of KARTO AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the original images you upload to our platform. However, by uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Process your images through our AI transformation algorithms
• Store your images temporarily to facilitate the transformation process
• Use anonymized transformation data to improve our AI models
• Display your uploaded and generated images in your account dashboard (if applicable)

Generated Images

Images generated through our AI transformation service are provided to you under a personal, non-commercial use license. Termination
